Bengalore (Karnataka) [India], May 27: Extrieve has updated mobile document capture SDK to generate multiple new compressed output formats. The new update will support generating compressed multipage PDF or TIF files.
Benefits
• All pages can be uploaded as a single multipage file; instead of uploading page-wise JPEGs. This reduces the server-side processing requirements.
• Compression is also provided to reduce the bandwidth required to transfer data over mobile internet.
Major Changes
• Once the multipage mobile document capture is completed, the output can be generated as JPEG, TIFF or PDF.
• Developers can also use this new feature for creating multipage documents for files that are selected from the gallery as well.
